GAME "Suite for euphonium and accompaniment CD", is a brand-new composition for euphonium with CD backing, composed by the talented and creative euphonium  Japanese player/composer Misa Mead.. 

 She has a very great talent and one whose star in the music world is rising.

Misa studied at the Tokyo College of Music  and then spent some years studying in Paris with the finest low brass teachers. Her creative spirit was ignited there,  and Game is her first important composition, now available.

 She won a gold medal at the European Competition for Young Soloists.  At the recent International Euphonium Competition in Jeju  she was awarded 3rd place,  and was the highest placed Japanese performer.  She is much in demand in Japan now as a soloist and many of her creative projects are attracting international attention.

 This four movement suite, total playing time around 8 min,  gained its inspiration from a festival held at an amusement park. 

 Although the solo part has one or 2 difficult moments it is a very accessible work and  I would recommend this work for solo recitals by high school and university students. 

Supplied with CD, full score and treble and bass clef solo parts.
